GOODSPEED TYRES

TERMS OF USE (MOBILE APPLICATION)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Goodspeed Tyres Mobile Application (“App”) and related digital services operated by Goodspeed Tyres.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. About the App

The App is provided to support:

The App may be used by authorized dealers and customers of Goodspeed Tyres.

2. User Accounts & Access

  • Certain features require login credentials.
  • Dealers are provided role-based access as authorized by Goodspeed Tyres.
  • Dealers can view and manage only the customers and tyres registered by them.
  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.

Goodspeed Tyres shall not be responsible for any activity carried out through a user’s account.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App:

  • Only for lawful and authorized purposes
  • By providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • In compliance with applicable laws and company policies

You must not:

  • Upload false, misleading, or manipulated data
  • Access or attempt to access data not assigned to you
  • Use the App for fraudulent, unauthorized, or non-business purposes
  • Interfere with the App’s security, functionality, or data integrity

4. Tyre Registration & Warranty

  • Digital registration through the App or the official website is mandatory for warranty eligibility.
  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Goodspeed Tyres Technical Team.
  • Use of the App does not guarantee warranty approval.

Warranty terms are governed separately under the Goodspeed Tyres Warranty Policy.

5. Dealer–Company Communication

The App may be used as an official channel for communication between dealers and Goodspeed Tyres, including:

  • Business updates
  • Schemes, discounts, and offers
  • Policy, operational, and compliance notifications

All information shared through the App shall be treated as official company communication.

6. Data Responsibility & Misuse Disclaimer

  • Users, including dealers, are solely responsible for the data they access, upload, store, share, or communicate through the App.
  • Dealers are responsible for lawful and appropriate use of customer data accessed through their accounts.
  • Goodspeed Tyres shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse, unauthorized sharing, leakage, or improper handling of data by users or dealers, whether intentional or accidental.
  • Any misuse of data may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action, as applicable.

7. Data & Privacy

Use of the App is subject to the Goodspeed Tyres Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and protected at the system level.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

  • Goodspeed Tyres provides reasonable technical safeguards, and
  • Responsibility for data usage beyond authorized purposes rests with the user.

8. Availability & Changes

  • The App is provided on an “as available” basis.
  • Features, access, or services may be modified, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
  • Goodspeed Tyres does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Goodspeed Tyres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages arising from App usage or data misuse by users.
  • Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to services expressly stated under applicable warranty or company policies.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials available in the App are owned by or licensed to Goodspeed Tyres.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

11. Suspension or Termination

Goodspeed Tyres may suspend or terminate App access without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Data is misused or accessed without authorization
  • False, misleading, or manipulated information is submitted

Such decisions shall be final and binding.

12. Updates to These Terms

Goodspeed Tyres reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes shall be subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
